A guideline for posting an e-mail to the mailing list of the Japan Astrobiology Network

Japan Astrobiology Network (hereafter JAN) members are eligible for posting an e-mail to the mailing list of the JAN under the following guideline:

  1. JAN mailing list (hereafter JAN-ML) should be used solely for members of the JAN to distribute and to share academic information for non profit purpose.
  2. Only the members of the JAN are eligible for posting e-mails to the JAN-ML.
  3. Only e-mails regarding academic information on astrobiology (domestic and international meetings, new findings, topics, job opportunities, grant information, and so on) should be post to the JAN-ML.
  4. Members of the JAN may post e-mails to the JAN-ML for those who are not members of the JAN upon confirming that the e-mails meet the item 3 of this guideline.
  5. Members of the JAN may post e-mails to the JAN-ML, that may not meet the item 3 of this guideline, only when the content of the e-mails is approved by the co-representative (General Affairs) of the JAN.
