UnfoldingFit (Fitting of Unfolding Curve by Hybrid Least-Squares)

Unfolding curve will be fitted by optimizing linear and non-linear parameters in theoretical formula.
Data file (*.csv) : (→ sample data)
* 1st row is skipped as comment line.
* In 2nd row and below, each column is separated by comma (separation by space or tab is not allowed).
* 1st column: denaturant concentration, 2nd column: absorbance, 3rd column: error (optional)
* If 3rd column is specified, each error will be considered in least-squares calculation. Error with nagative value corresponds to no weight.
To run the program properly, you need JavaScript enabled.
